Come home after a day of exploring and hang out around the fire pit or play a game of Ping pong! Room to comfortably sleep 9 people in the 4 bedrooms with 6 beds for you and your guests (king bed, queen bed, another queen bed & 3 twin beds (bunk bed and one is a trundle with a regular mattress not a thin trundle mattress). Air bed for more guests is available for you upon request. You will sleep comfortably on the upgraded mattresses on ALL the beds! Slaughter Pen Trail, Greenway trails, and Downtown Bentonville all just a short bike ride away! All these trails are accessible by bike, you don't have to drive to them if you want to just ride! 3rd Space coffee is also just up the road so an easy ride or 1 minute drive, they provide gluten free snacks/bakery items as well. Bentonville Brewery is also within biking distance. *Professionally designed throughout with peaceful spaces and calming colors. We often get comments from guests telling us this home is an "oasis!" Careful attention to detail was used when selecting furniture to provide comfortable and relaxing areas. *Located on a small cul-de-sac that is peaceful and quiet. Room for the kids to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic! The 2-car garage has a bike rack, bike stand and basic bike tools to use. *Yoga mat and small weights provided for your use! *Bike rack and manual air pump, bike stand for repairs, bike tool set, hose for washing bikes, chain lube, etc. provided in the garage! We do provide 2 adult sized bikes but we don't maintain them at every checkout so you may have to check tire pressure, etc. and use at your own risk. *Great, friendly neighbors! *We are happy to decorate the home for you for Christmas if you are staying in the month of December. We provide this at no extra charge! All you need to do is request at the time of booking!
