The perfect spot to grab lunch or dinner! The menu is kid friendly too! They also have Karaoke nights for an easy, walkable, fun adult night! They also have live music almost every night! ✔ Schooners beach restaurant is a 3 minute drive, or a 10 minute walk if preferred. They have a great atmosphere, great food right on the beach, so watch the waves while you eat dinner! Sometimes you can even watch the beach bonfires in front of Schooners ✔ The Deckhand Social: This is a great restaurant on the bay just 3 minutes drive from the condo. Or a 10 minute walk if you prefer! They have a pool for the kids to swim while you wait for your food. Big screen tv to watch the game and live music! ✔ Off the Hook: This restaurant also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner! It make for a beautiful sunset dinner on the water as you overlook the bay. Our condo has 24-hour security. There is a guard shack at the entrance to the parking lot. They will provide you a parking pass for up to 2 vehicles (holiday weekend are only allowed a parking pass for 1 vehicle). We cover the cost of the parking pass for you, so no extra charges at check-in like other condos! -This condo does not allow guests to have pets, so please don't try to sneak one because the security closely monitors that. - No smoking or vaping in the unit, patio or anywhere on the grounds other than the designated smoking area by the basketball court. You will be fined by the condo association if you smoke anywhere other than the designated area. - No parties, only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the condo unless previously approved by the host. -Beach service is provided for 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. The beach service is provided March through September. - We provide everything you need to enjoy your vacation including all the essentials like coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, travel coffee mugs, reuseable food storage containers, etc. Please don't take the extra with you when you leave, use what you need and leave the rest for our next guest. We love being able to provide all these extra amenities, so don't spoil it for everyone by stealing these items or taking the extras with you when you leave! -We provide 10 beach towels in the basket by the living room door; we do inventory those at each stay. If you love them as much as we do, you can take some home with you for $15 each. They are Turkish towels and high quality, fast drying, soft and the sand doesn't stick to them like terry towels! If you decide to take some with you, no worries we will count them when you leave and can send you a payment request for the number missing. We do provide 2 of our Turkish beach towels in the welcome basket for you to take home as a FREE souvenir! These are not included in the 10-count basket. -Please remember this is our home away from home, so please be respectful of our property. We get it, accidents happen, if you break something please just let us know so we can make sure to replace it before the next guest. -The pool and hot club close at 10pm. Please follow pool rules by not brining any glass into the gated pool area. No food is allowed in the pool area. There are no lifeguards on duty so swim at your own risk. -We want to welcome you as our guest, enjoy your stay, don't stress about the small stuff! If you need anything during your stay, please let us know.
