“Adventure Awaits Hot Springs” is the perfect place to start your Hot Springs vacation! You can enjoy a great stay at our updated home that is just a short walk to Oaklawn! After a day exploring Hot Springs, you can relax on the huge back deck, complete with hanging cafe lights and a firepit! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the elevated deck. We have provided some great amenities and upgrades to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as: * Great outdoor space including a large 12x30 deck with new patio set and firepit table! This outdoor space is great to enjoy with a seating area and string lights which provides great ambiance. Propane Grill is also provided! * Diamond/Crystal digging kit with a bucket, shovel, rake and a foam knee board. We are only an hour from Diamond Crater State Park and about 30 minutes from crystal digging sites as well! *One Story home with just 2 stairs to the front door. The side entry from the driveway does have more stairs, but those with limited mobility can access from the front door. * Welcome basket with basic snacks and bottled water, candy bowl and a few things to hold you over until you get to the grocery store. Walmart delivery is available at this location so you can order ahead! *King bed in master bedroom *King bed in 2nd bedroom *Pullout sleeper sofa with queen size mattress * Highspeed internet and free WIFI *Central heat and air conditioning * "Welcome Guide" provided at the home with information about the area. *Fully stocked kitchen with gas range, pots & pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, bowls, hand mixer, toaster, cooking utensils, basic spices/cooking sprays, cutting boards, blender, knife block, crock pot, coffee station (Keurig, 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig pods, creamers and sweeteners) and everything you need to prepare a great meal! We love to cook so made sure we provided everything we would want if we were preparing a meal. Paper towels and hand & dish soap provided. *Margarita and slushy Machine! *French door fridge with ice and water in the door * Smart fridge with speaker so you can listen to music while you prepare meals! *Full size washer and dryer with laundry pods provided *Large living room with top grain leather sleeper sofa, ergonomic recliner chair, and smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Grill tools provided. *Back deck has string lights and a seating area for great ambiance to enjoy the beautiful Arkansas outdoors! *Partially fenced yard- please note there is only fencing on 2 sides of the yard. *Each bedroom has a smart TV to stream shows * Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $150 per dog. Please notify host before you bring your furry friend and please add the pet to the reservation. We need to let the cleaners know of a pet reservation so they can allow extra time to clean. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Pets can't be left unattended in the home unless they are in a crate/kennel. The yard is not fully fenced and the pet must be on a leash when outside. Free milk bone dog treats provided in our dog treat canister in the kitchen!

No smoking, vaping, tobacco or illicit substances allowed anywhere on the property. Dogs negotiable with extra fee, fee is charged per dog. No cats or other animals allowed. No parties. Family events will be considered with host approval and additonal cleaning fee. Please read Welcome Guide for additional info and house rules.
